I am a trained by DONA Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and a Certified Lactation Counselor. Adding onto my hats that I wear, I am also a wife to my amazing husband and mother to my three beautiful kids along with one fur baby! I have always wanted to be part of the birth world and help mothers reach their goal to an empowering birth. This is an area I am super passionate about to provide the love and support families DESERVE in prenatal, birth, and postnatal.

"My girlfriend was dead set on hiring a Doula for our first child. I was a little hesitant because I didn’t know much about them, but it’s what she wanted so of course I obliged and we hired Kirsten. I am extremely glad we did! I found that she was extremely helpful, not only to my girlfriend, but to me as well while we were at the hospital. She stayed with us the entire time and helped us make the best decisions for my gf and our daughter through the laboring process. There was some complications during delivery and idk what we would have done if we didn’t have her there with us. Having her there made it so I could be with our daughter and Kirsten stayed with my gf to comfort and keep her focused.
