Birth Prep Class
Welcome to our Birth Prep Class! In this class, we will cover different positions to labor in, what to expect during delivery, and the different stages of labor your body will go through. Our goal is to help you feel prepared and confident for the birth of your baby. Let's get started!

Breastfeeding 101
Breastfeeding is a beautiful and natural way to nourish your baby, but it can also come with its challenges. In our Breastfeeding 101 guide, we'll cover everything you need to know to establish perfect latch, recognize feeding cues, and avoid common issues like engorgement and nipple pain. We'll also discuss what to expect terms of poopy diapers and share different holds to make your breastfeeding sessions as comfortable as possible.
