Birth Package
Our Birth Package offers two prenatal appointments where you'll receive evidence-based knowledge on breathing and position techniques. We'll also provide phone and text support to address any concerns you may have. Following the birth, we'll schedule a postpartum appointment to check in and ensure that everything is going well.

Postpartum Package
Before delivery, we'll meet with you to schedule services and get to know each other. Our Postpartum Package includes light housework, newborn care support, breastfeeding guidance, and assistance with sibling care. Our team is committed to ensuring your postpartum experience is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Full Spectrum Package
In the full spectrum package I will be with you from beginning to end! That includes everything in the birth and postpartum packages!
